Delegation Caps

Delegation caps have been set to a maximum of 9 students and 2 advisers. For institutions bidding for MACURH 2017 an extra 10 students will be allowed. In the event that not all schools fill their delegate spots, alternate delegates will be accepted on a first registered, first accepted basis.

 

Costs

Delegate Cost: $116.00 per delegate

Adviser Double Cost: $160.00 per double room advisor

Adviser Single Cost: $250.00 per single room advisor

To pay for the conferences, schools will have to complete the “delegation registration form” to clarify how many delegates and advisors that they are bringing. Once the form is completed, Northwest Missouri State will send your school an invoice for the cost to be paid to Northwest Missouri State by check. This check can be brought to the conference or, preferably mailed to the university at:
