Here is what you need to know for the conference:
Some things to note deal with Roll Call and Banner submissions. Roll Call can either be done live, or, you can upload your video Roll Call to YouTube with the link sent to our Spirit & Volunteer Chair, Alyssa Lincoln, at email@example.com at least 48 hours in advance. As for Banners, those will need to be sent via email to Alyssa 48 hours in advance, or if the file is too large, you can bring it to check-in on a flash drive that can be left with my conference staff.
