Password Assistance

If you are experiencing a problem with your password(s), stop by the Client Computing office on the first floor of Owens Library or contact the Information Technology – Client Computing Help Desk at 660.562.1634.

For security purposes, be sure to bring picture ID (Bearcat ID card, driver’s license or passport) with you to the Client Computing office when requesting password assistance.

For assistance with your eCompanion/eCourse password, call the CITE office at 660.562.1532.
