Where Can I Print?

Printing on campus is readily available at any time.  Northwest offers different types of printing for your convenience.  Located in the computer lab of Owen’s Library, you have access to black-and-white and color printing.  There are also specialty printers available for printing resumes and high quality photos. Outside of the computer lab, you can find public printers available in residence halls and all other campus buildings.

The cost of printing varies on what type of printing you are doing.  For color printing, the charge will be auto-billed to your Northwest account at $1.00 per page. For black-and-white printing, you will also be auto-billed but at only ten cents per page.

How to install a Northwest printer on your Northwest Computer:

  1. Click Start in the lower left corner of your screen.
  2. In the Windows search box, enter \\PERI and press Enter.
  3. In the window that will come up, double-click on the icon for the printer that you want to access.
  4. After the printer drivers have been installed, a print queue window will open. Once that window has opened, you can close it and all previous windows that were opened to install the printer.
  5. The printer is now available on your computer in the Devices and Printers folder. You can access this printer anytime in the future as long as you are in the vicinity of the printer’s wireless signal.
