Tech this out!

Today it is very hard to stay up to date on what is happening in the tech world. Three websites listed here allow the casual tech guru and the early adopter techie to stay updated.

The first two websites are blogs, like Technically Speaking, with the most current article at the top.  Engadget and Gizmodo are to of my personal favorites in order just to see what cool and hip things are out in the tech world. Engadget and Gizmodo go beyond just telling you what is out there now; they actually review the product, too. For example, if Apple patented a new product they would do whatever they could to find out what is going on and when the product might be available to the public.

The third website has a little bit of everything. CNET has your product reviews and prices, software downloads and tech news. CNET is a great place to go when you know you are going to buy a particular item. The tech reviews on CNET are very thorough and most of them have video reviews in which the CNET staff walks you through what they are looking at. Not into reading? Check out CNET TV. Here you can find the CNET staff giving you the most important tech news of the day along with great tech comparisons.

Don’t take my word for it. Check it out yourself. Have a Mac or in love with Macs? Check out MacWorld, but I didn’t forget that we are a PC campus explore PC World, too. Have fun with it – I’m just a PERT, technically speaking.

Yes. If you spend 4 years learning about current website technology, you’ll only be 3 years and 11 months behind. 😉
